First things first, this may seem obvious, but to be able to offer you a price we need to know exactly what you need designing, this could be a new logo, an A2 Poster, a business card, a brochure, a building banner, graphics for your current website, or anything else you can think of, the important thing is that we know the exact size, specifications and purpose of the design.
It’s also important to let us know if the final design is going to be professionally printed by a printing company or just used online in digital form.
You can usually expect your quote within 24 hours ( Monday – Friday)
Once we’ve confirmed the specs we’ll provide a quotation and estimated turnaround time, then it’s over to you to decide if you wish to proceed.
All of our design projects are commissioned on a pre-paid basis unless we’ve worked with you before and you have an account with us, for larger projects such as brochures we can split payments into milestones.
Once paid, your order will be loaded into our projects system, allowing you to upload extra instructions, images and resources and chat directly with the designer of your project. This keeps a timeline of all related back and fourth ideas and chat in one place and also allows you to download your finalised files for up to a year after completion.
It also helps keep project discussions tidy if we happen to be designing more than one item for you at the same time.
The design process is based on ideas inspired by your initial project brief and further feedback and revision between you and your designer throughout, it’s important that you should be able to reply to emails throughout the design cycle as our process is very much collaborative and feedback is an essential part of this process.
We may ask you for more clarification or design likes and dislikes at this stage to give us more to work with, alternatively if we’ve got everything we need to create an initial concept we’ll get to work.
After the perfect design is produced and you are completely happy with the results a full final package will be produced and made available for you to download.
Turnaround time to this point is usually 3 – 5 business days and you should receive a turnaround estimate for your project with your quotation – please note that these turnaround times are only provided as a guide, our primary focus is about producing beautiful, effective design, so please do allow for a little more time if you have a critical deadline for the artwork.
We normally get your design just right after the first revision or two, but if after three revisions you aren’t happy with the way your designs are going you can choose to have a full refund, or, if you think we’re nearly there and just need a few more adjustments you may have unlimited further revisions until we get it just right.
